Rooted in a deep appreciation for the harvest season, Cider Harmony takes its cue from the rich agricultural heritage of the Yakima Valley, paying special tribute to Johnson Orchards. Serving our state with quality fruit since 1904, Jill and Eric are retiring after decades of stewardship to the community. For us, that classic orchard tradition isn't just about fresh fruit or autumn cider; it’s a flavor profile that carries through into our fall cooking traditions, like glazing and smoking ribs over slow heat. The clay comes from underground seams in the ancient Jbel Rhassoul basin, a formation created by long‑vanished lakebeds. This mineral‑rich clay is naturally high in silica, magnesium, and potassium. It absorbs impurities and excess oils without stripping the skin’s protective barrier, and it provides gentle exfoliation that improves texture and clarity.
